2. Furnishings are dated, but who really cares about that when you are overnighting one night? Its clean, air conditioning works great, matras very comfy, linens and blankets soft and clean, towels nice and soft.

3. As a warning the beds are very soft, so if this bugs you then I'd ask when you make a reservation if they have any firmer beds.
