1. I asked the server to get the chef to run the torch over it, which prompted the Manager of the restaurant to come over to me and say 'This is what creme brulee is'.

2. The hotel offered a vcr and movies upon request and a very friendly staff member, who we passed frequently on the way in & out of the hotel and always greeted us with a smile, promptly brought up the vhs player for me and hooked it up.
