3. We had repeated issues, and the only reason this hotel is not getting the lowest rating of 1 out of 5 is that when we brought issues to the management's attention, they always attempted to resolve the issue or gave us Marriott points to compensate us.

5. The final way this Marriott dropped the ball was when i brought the horrible bathroom experience and the lack of a fitted sheet on the bed to the attention of the front desk agent.
