4. The housekeeping staff was always up beat and helpful with our rooms, ( we stayed over three weeks) so we sometimes didn't want to be disturbed or our rooms cleaned every day, Darcey and Mel ( Melody) kept track of all of us and our needs perfectly.

10. I will be coming back to Salem quite alot over the next few weeks and have decided to make the Shilo Inns my new hotel of choice not only because of the helpful and friendly staff but also because of the large CLEAN rooms, (which I was suprised all came with a microwave and small fridge) Quiet location, large pool and workout facilites, and nice breakfast (which had waffles(YUM) Thank you Shilo Staff Matt.
