1. The hotel sets in a nice area of town with many conveniences nearby including a very nice Food Lion Grocery and many popular restaurants, some also within walking distance.

3. The pictures make the hotel look nice and upscale, but when I arrived at the hotel, which I almost missed cause it was in the back of a parking lot, it seemed so hood like.

7. It was close to the clubs we were going to and nicely priced, which surprised me since it wass Pride Weekend.

10. It offers all the comforts of home almost except it would be nice to have a oven to cook in instead of just a microwave oven and stove top.
