9. My friends air conditioner in her room was not working all that great, so we called the front desk to request it be fixed or her room be moved.

However she could move rooms for us (conveniently even though the lady on 1st shift said there were none available, one was open 2 doors down from the hot room)SOOOOO anyway to wrap this up, the hotel is a great property but even with all its beauty the customer service I received during my check in was horrible and unless this certain lady is terminated, I will probably never stay here again because of one bad apple.
