2. This is great service, as a hotel cannot not keep complete control over its customers who choose to misbehave and the hotel will not know about an incident until they are informed of it.

8. The 'business room' for you to use is an out of order computer that is in the main lobby right beside the main door; great place if you want to be the victim of identity theft.
