1. A/C in hallway on my floor was blowing hot and it felt like 90+ degrees then once inside room I couldn't get the a/c to come on either.

5. I had a multiday booking and came back and was locked out because, all of a sudden, mid-visit they decided they did not like dogs -- mine is very small, quiet and not a mess.

9. I end up working on the computer a lot in hotel rooms and I like to have something on in the background but it's a stretch with so few channels.

10. I'm a Wyndham Rewards member with quite a few points and lots of stays and that usually is enough to nab a 'special request' like a top floor room, and sometimes (usually) there is a bottle of water in the room for members, but there wasn't here.
