1. There was a nice pool area but we were too busy to use it, and we didn't take advantage of the nightly light supper offered free of charge by the hotel weeknights during our stay.

4. We made a complaint afterwards to Hilton customer services who went some way to rectifying the situation with a certificate for a free night in any Homewood Suites.
