6. The location is at a convenient distance, has a good connection to the 1, the staff is excellent, very friendly and supportive, the rooms have a good size and quite nice, and wireless internet access is free and stable with good strength.

9. For instance you don`t get any upgrades unless you cough up your points, they give free breakfast to those that don`t have corporate rates, and in general the attitude is bad.
