4. Our king room had a very comfortable bed, a chair with ottoman, a desk and chair (not a desk chair, more like a dining room chair), the TV stand with three shallow drawers, a glass side table, two nightstands with one shallow, unusable drawer, a closet, and a bathroom.

7. I was given a room that it seemed hadn't been used in years for good reason, it was extremely dusty (more like filthy) and in complete disrepair.

8. 99 per day fee for the internet; nobody does that anymore, I especially wouldn't suspect at an upscale facility like the Hyatt.

Then you notice problems, like:* they won't clean your room unless you call them -- actually we did that and it still wasn't serviced, so we even left notes* they didn't replace the toiletries and soap -- as long as there was a drop of shampoo in a bottle in the shower or a sliver of soap, no new one was left, etc.
