1. They even let us dispose of some of our construction trash in their dumpster which was a HUGE convenience to us and we are very grateful to them for their generosity in letting us do that.

4. Parking lot is huge and well-lit and the hotel is only 9 minutes away from downtown Portland and about 30 minutes away from Woodburn Outlet.

The breakfast room is not sufficient for this size hotel, (2) Don't plan on eating the 'self-made' waffles unless you do early either; They're great, but the machine takes 4 minutes per waffle and there is a huge line (only 2 machines), (3) The outdoor jacuzzi appeared to be running but there was a sign saying 'Out of order' and not much explanation.

8. The biggest downside to this breakfast was the huge sign, which I confirmed with the front desk 'do NOT take food to your room'.
