1. The second time: the sink was clogged, it was loud all night (so we didn't sleep well), they didn't put new shampoo in the room (so we had to use our own), they tried to over charge us for a pet we didn't have, and once again the restaurant was painfully slow.

4. We had one of the newly remodeled rooms, Management had taken the care to place a bag on the table in our room with a card, some bottles of quality root beer and some very good cookies:) This kind of attention to detail, and GREAT.

10. Our only complaint was that the beds were something out of Bedrock, hard as stone, but we were very pleasantly surprised this last visit when we found out that they had just changed out all the beds for new ones.
