1. The staff were all very friendly and helpfull but we must give Hilary at the front desk a special mention, she went out of her way to make our stay just that little more special and we thank her for that.

5. But I understand this hotel is family friendly, and there are so many other great things about this place that I'm not going to let a few accidental splashes from happy kids keep me away :)Oh, and there is one staff in particular that I enjoyed.
