4. Not only did they give me a normal small room, but when I went down with to the desk to correct it the front desk could not be more unresponsive.

9. Although the problem was promptly corrected, and the items were very nice, it spoiled the effect to arrive without it there.

10. Two things we didn`t love: a glitch in the computer system that had us checking out a day earlier than we were supposed to (this was easily remedied), and the fact that the showerheards were too low (not as easily corrected).
