My husband needed heart surgery at Presbyterian and this hotel was the most reasonable hotel nearby even with the cost of a taxi to Presbyterian, it was still more reasonable than other hotels, it was clean, the room temperature could be adjusted easily, the staff was warm & helpful, and the location was excellent.

4. The rates for when you are there for a patient are very very reasonable, they have someone to help with bags, a parking lot with dicounted parking.

5. Next time we get a room at the Ronald Mc Donald house, there you have to help with some of the work but its much nicer to stay at and the people are nice to you.

8. The cost including tax and phone charges and parking was $645 for 4 nights-hospital rate-not cheap but being 5 minutes away from my daughter and grandson was so helpful.
