1. perfect location to walk in the fairmount park/museum area, easy to get to great free parking, but inside needed upgrades in all areas it was dark and dingy.

2. Sure, the hotel is old and certainly not luxurious, but it is centrally located and perfect if you are going to Philly to do something other than hang out in your hotel.

9. I think you will be able to figure out that this is not a posh, upscale hotel, but I think it is perfect for overnight or a weekend stay, especially for one of their packages.
