1. The room was small and quite noisy and the clean service was not good and one day the room had not been cleaned at all without any reasons.

3. I used a TripAdvisor coupon and got a room upgrade at a reasonable price and only $15/night valet parking (other Philly downtown locations charge $40/night parking - ouch).

4. Good continental breakfast- if you want pastries, Saxby's is attached to hotel through a door by the elevator( not open weekends :( ) reasonable and fresh daily products.
