1. After having been welcomed and checked in by a very friendly staff person, when I first walked into my suite I noticed a reflection of Philadelphia lights from the large reservoir outside my bedroom window.

3. The General Manager Robert McDevitt stopped what he was doing both nights I stayed at this hotel to help the kitchen staff serve food, clear plates and welcome guests.
