3. Apparently they had previously undergone renovations, now that they're done this hotel was better than the Hamptons hotel we stayed at that was 3 times the price.

6. Situated on Germantown Avenue, the town's main street, right next to the farmer's market, the post office, near numerous restaurants and unique small shops, the location couldn't be better.
"The Chestnut Hill Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel in a beautiful, historic neighborhood. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/10/2010 Vote
7. The elevator required maintenance (door couldn't decide if it wanted to close or stay open); both of the rooms badly needed renovation (out-of-date, old bathrooms, pathetic air conditioning on a warm, humid night, uncomfortable beds and rock-hard pillows); the 'included' continental breakfast was so bad that we went elsewhere (we have had much better 'included' breakfasts for half the room rate at Hampton Inns).
"Far from the standard described on the web site; you'd be better off at Motel 6. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/13/2010 Vote
8. especially while having a coffee or, better yet, some ice cream or pastries with 'homemade goodness' from a local, family-run business.
"A great experience! " Read full review on YahooTravel   10/15/2009 Vote
