1. We did leave the hotel for dinner because they didn't have a restaurant and went to the Hilton across the street to the Landing Restaurant & Grill and it was FANTASTIC.

8. The furnishings and lobby have a European feel, and it's all very design-y and cool - I love the in-room magazine selection and the bath products are specially made for Aloft by the fantastic Bliss company (you can buy them online but they're expensive, like other Bliss products).
