2. I am very big on service and all though the staff was very friendly it was very hard to get in contact with them via phone and that being me calling them from my hotel room.

3. On the other hand, their system of making you go to the front desk with your parking ticket and charging you every time you leave their gated lot was a hassle and a big added expense if you have to leave occasionally as we did.

4. Not sure if I would pay rack rate to stay here, but the $44 room and airport parking is a big reason why this hotel gets 4 out of 5.
