1. On second thought maybe there was no manager on duty because if there was the staff would have been doing better or at least I would hope.

6. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and the hotel only offered to move us to another room on another floor, but that would not have made me feel any better.

10. Lighting in common areas a bit dim, but we arrived at night, and with skylights, it may be better during the day.
