3. I stayed at the Ritz for the weekend afterward and called the Hyatt gold passport desk (I am a diamond rewards member) I was given two free knights at Hyatt and some bonus points as they were mortified.

4. Looking for an additional socket to find lumps of dust behind the bed was quite unsettling, ordering coffee in the morning and having a dirty saucer was disgusting, coffee by the way that I am supposed to get free of charge for being a Gold Pass member for which they insisted on charging me.
