1. The staff are wonderful and very friendly, the rooms are very good and comfortable and very clean indeed, and breakfast is also great - even if my husband needed help with making his own waffles.

2. Firstly after a fantastically helpful time from US Airlways staff in Orlando (Shennell being a wonderful lady) we ended up in Philly.

3. We were lucky that the receptionistat the desk was Paula, a wonderful woman who never lost her patience and optimism while assuring us that we would have a room to stay the night.
