2. so yes, it was a good price, close to many places, and reentry allowed for parking is great, BUT the RIDICULOUSLY non-accommodating staff will keep us from staying here again.

I was very pleased with the customer service I was provided over the phone, expressed it was my anniversary and was getting together a surprise for my fiance, the representative stated she was able to accommodate my request and was informed their was availability and would note in the reservation it was my anniversary; I requested a high floor with a view and a king size bed.

9. When we requested a later check-out (11 is the usual check out time) because of the late departure of our trans-Atlantic flight and then an even later departure because of a medical scare, the front desk helpfully accommodated our needs.
