1. The staff spoiled me rotten, the rooms were excellent, an the restaurant was fantastic (the restaurant was extremely expensive, but that's true of most hotels, I guess).

5. It's not a real Starbucks in the lobby store, they just brew Starbucks coffee but, it tasted great and the service from the staff excellent.
