1. We also noticed dust in the vents, but this did not bother me as much since they also offered allergy free rooms.

2. Our room included two free breakfasts but since we had our son with us, she gave us an extra coupon for breakfast so the 3 of us could eat.

3. Room - Clean, awesome media center for the techies, fainting couch for when I saw the IPad that they keep in the room for your use with FREE WIFI.

4. The room was lovely with a soft comfortable bed, free wifi and a nicely appointed bathroom - but my son loved the motion sensor lights at the bottom of the bed that came on whenever someone walked by - no tripping on those late night bathroom visits.

7. The reason it's only 4 star but not 5 is, they have no free parking (charge $39 per night), which one would expect a business hotel to offer and it is not like you are in the centre of the city either.

My only recommendation to the hotel for improvement (and why I did not give this hotel an 'excellent' rating is that they charge 50 cents for machine coffee in the business center, they also charge for using the internet in the business center, should be free in my opinion like most other upper scale hilton hotels).
