1. This little boutique hotel is perfect and in a great location - rooms are clean and quaint, bed comfy and the staff was wonderful.

5. We've stayed at the Penn's View every time - why should we go anywhere else? The location is excellent, the rooms are very clean and nicely appointed, and Antonio and his staff go out of their way to make sure that we're comfortable.

7. The next day the manager questioned us of the EXACT location of the items (why? do they not wash the top sheet or the nicer pillow slips? It seems that way because these were the only items that they didn't give back when we asked for clean linens).

9. The rooms are clean, well laid out, and I would give this a five star rating if not for the lumpy bed and the toilet that ran unless I jiggled the handle.
