1. I was a little sceptical of this hotel, some of the reviews when it was a Quality Inn were not always very positive.

3. A positive for this hotel besides the hot breakfast is the free nightly cocktail hour (which is actually 2 hours).

4. Well let's start with the positives, the hotel is right off of international drive where you can catch the I-ride trolley to Sea World, Outlet Mall & Convention center.

9. we just got back from a week stay at the quality suites universal-we had read reviews and hoped that we would find what the positive reviews said however we were disappointed-the rooms are unclean-which is unfortunate as it would only take a little work to get them presentable.
