1. We went to the front desk planning to book a second night, and the lady working there was most unhelpful, she would not honor coupon, didnt care that the other gentleman already said it was ok, and tried to double the price of the (same) room if we stayed in it.

4. Room was clean, clean (they even stuck an air purifier in the room while we were out because I have asthma and something was tickling my allergies - it took care of everything).

6. The only problem that I found was that there was a few red ants in the room and I notified the staff upon checking out and they said that they would take care of it.
