1. free buses out to the parks if you want frm downtown but there was no need in the 5 days I was there.

4. No free coffee - they have a starbucks vending machine which charges for coffee - go to Hilton / Hilton Gardern / Hilton Homewood suites and even many Embassy Suites have free coffee.
