1. The breakfast was good, there is a shuttle bus service for the parks, and it was a really quiet hotel at night.

2. all rooms facing the pool are now very noisy due to the bar and kids running about all night and into the early morn,was lovely and quiet last year as did`nt have the bar then, do not get a pool view room if you like your sleep, we also had visitors - cockroaches.

4. The staff is great and always willing to do their best, the pool area nice and quiet and the free tea and coffee was provided 24 hours in reception area free of charge.

Ironically we live on a busy main road and thats no where near the noise level in some of these rooms, come on Metropolitan sort it out, a quiet nights sleep is not much to expect in a hotel is it? So basically hotel is clean and looks ok at first glance, but if you like your sleep then beware and make sure you get a quiet room.
