5. ' I asked, 'oh, is this the Crowne Plaza?' I found that unprofessional to say the least, I mean, what place of business answers the phone with a 'hello?' Once we were there, we were impressed with the elegant lobby and the spaciousness of the room, BUT over the course of our THREE night stay, NOT ONCE did housekeeping ever visit our room.
