1. There was a washer/dryer in the villa which made it so nice to come home from vacation with clean clothes.

2. There were nice touches such as a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and the balcony area was totally screened in (no bugs.

3. It was so nice to have plenty of room to spread out - the kids had their own room/bathroom and the master suite had 2 different sink/counter areas plus a vanity area.
