5. On the positive: the resort is in a great location and literally a few blocks from Disney, pool is different( it's a volcano), 2Bedroom is a spacious size, its in Orlando- whats better then that? On the negative: the resort is not kept up well, the resort has recently gone into bankruptcy and maids and other services have been cut leading to lack of care, customer service is rather rude and unhelpful, and they bug the hell out of you to go on a timeshare presentation.

6. Be careful, there are two apartment complexes on the site, the original Cypress Pointe (phase 1) and then they built Cypress Pointe Grand Villas.
