1. Oh the positive side, for every bad experience we had there was a good one to match it and we had a wonderful vacation despite the problems.

4. The maids are delightful and as you may have read in other reviews, spend time trying to make the room special every day by arranging the stuffies/toys in different positions around the room and by making sweet little towel animals.
