6. I found nothing special about this hotel, and they make so little effort to differentiate themselves from all the other hotels in the area, with the exception of the ducks (which I didn't see, nor really care about).

7. This is a no brainer for any hotel that expects to have a business clientelle and they have nothing except what you will get after you make the trek to the lobby.

8. If the staff ever gets it's act together and learns how to handle their establishment during peak periods the Peabody will be an exceptional destination.

9. We never heard any noises from other guests except through the walls of the bathroom--the guest next door was a very loud talker.

10. This is a non-smoking hotel, so there were no unpleasant smells (I detest cigarette and cigar smoke) except in the outdoor pool area and when you walk outside of the hotel.
