1. I acknowledged that it was a large hotel & it might take time to get a problem resolved but I was NOT happy with the 'Disney service' in that NO ONE ever got back to me, no note, no message on my phone.

3. A nice breakfast is included each morning, snacks & beverages throughout the day, wine or beer & great food for happy hour (you could almost eat dinner from the hummus & pita, vegetable, rice salad, lamb kabobs, empanadas, ahi tuna, etc.
