4. Not only was it dirty, the staff was rude, incompetent and they could care less about anyone's comfort.

6. We also used taxi's that sit outside the hotel quite a lot for trips to Universal and Seaworld - be careful to check the cost of the trip with the front desk before you take a taxi though as they are not metered cars but all drivers should charge a flat rate to each destination.

7. Overall, I'd give this hotel an excellent rating, because they really take care to make their customers feel welcome, and seem to take pride in keeping the hotel very clean.

9. The hotel is about a mile and half from Downtown Disney (you can walk it, but be careful as Orlando drivers don't really watch for pedestrians).
