2. The suite was clean and very comfortable, the A/C worked well and quietly, the wi-fi and TVs were fine in our room, the front desk was very helpful including a wake-up call right on time our last morning, and our grandkids enjoyed the pool.

9. It was not until we mentioned that we do alot of business with the Residence Inn and asked to speak with a manager then the front desk rep 'Adam' started to be more helpful.
