1. Biggest downside (for me) was proximity to a busy highway whose noise put a big dent in the enjoyment of the screened deck.

10. Some things were definitely amiss in our unit with a dishwasher that wasn't properly installed, (worked fine, just wasn't bolted to the counter) and a section of outlets not working, but these were very minor inconveniences that had no impact on our enjoyment of the unit.
