1. The hotel is in a good location the bellhop was very friendly and breakfast was delicious but the people, with the exception of the bellhop, were very rude and not at all friendly.

3. Just stayed here for French Quarter Fest and was pleased with our room, except wished we had a little more storage space for clothing, other than that we really liked our stay.

4. Couldn't find a room in the quarter because of French Quarter Fest except for here,( probably because of the name change) and didn't realize it was the old St Louis.

10. The courtyard is very nice and the food exceptional and the location is kind to visitors who walk everywhere BUT The Hotel rooms were horrible.
