2. The staff was consistantly professional and courteous and housekeeping did an excellent job each day (even when they forgot to leave me shapmoo/conditioner, these items were sent up within minutes after a call to the front desk.

5. The staff is courteous and knowledgable but the rooms are very small, the television screen is smaller than in my guest bedroom, there is no room service (except for Take-Out Taxi) and anything you need you have to go to the adjoining 'real' Marriott to get.
