1. The head of guest services was honest about the situation, and when we moved to another hotel, which we liked better, she agreed to waive the cancellation fee.

3. Usually, I am not that picky, but this is Windsor Court and it is considerred one of the better hotels.

4. I still think the NOLA Ritz Club is a little better with regards to food quality, but it is hard to beat the great river view and outside seating areas.

5. My wife wishes the hair dryers were of better quality (the ones at the Roosevelt are the same as she has at home), so she just brings her own.

10. His girlfriend that he had come on stage with him had a better pair of lungs than him and Charmaine, I almost wished she just performed because her voice caught your attention.
