2. The hotel staff could not have been more accommodating or courteous, we have stayed at Harrah's resorts in Las Vegas, Atlantic City and in Lake Tahoe - none came close to the staff in New Orleans - whether it was 1:00 in the afternoon or 2:00 in the morning.
