4. We generally go to the city on Monday and leave on Wednesday so we don't have to try to get away on Fat Tuesday (which we did once to our regret).

5. In general our room and the furniture were dated but they were still in decent shape ( you really shouldn't stay in your room if you stay in French quarter .
