4. The room we had was quite large, almost a suite, with a clean, new sofa, coffee table, (new and clean) king size bed, work station with free wi-fi and a newly renovated bathroom.

7. Though the hotel is not in a very nice part of town, and seems run-down on the outside, I was surprised by how well they have upgraded the rooms on the inside: new refridgerator, new flat-screen TV, new shower curtain on curved rod.
