3. I have to say though the staff were great, our TV wasn't working on check in so they moved us immediatly and we had another non hotel related issue and the night shift bent over backwards to help out.

I was afraid once I read some of the remarks on Trip Advisor about this hotel, but once we got there we were first greeted by the Front Desk Staff, we had a lovely complimentary breakfast each morning where the lady would help with making waffles for us, she greeted us with a smile as soon as we walked in.
