1. Located in a seemingly industrial area, and some folks might feel a potential to possibly be unsafe - however, I heard the desk clerk tell another guest that they have security patrolling the site all during the night.

2. The room had a door which adjoined the room behind it - however the deadbolt did not work -- the knob just spun and didn`t activate the bolt -- not a very secure feeling.
